All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products after purchase. While defects are rare, they do happen and are usually realted to the manufacturing process which is beyond our control. If you need assistance with an item, please reach out via our contact page. 

Please allow up to 4 business days for your item to ship. While we keep a limited inventory, we often make things as they sell to prevent them from being damaged in storage.
